After four years serving in the Navy, Courtney dedicated her time to providing quality care to pets. With 12 years of experience in the pet industry and 9 years of grooming experience under her belt, A Groomer’s Vision INC was opened in October 2021. Courtney spends her (rare) free time watching Netflix and cuddling with her two pitties, Xena and Mileena. Courtney loves being able to provide one-on-one interaction with pets during the grooming process. She also has an ongoing punch buggie competition with her assistants as they travel throughout Hampton Roads!

When calling to make an appointment, more than likely you are going to be speaking with Maddie! She had previously worked in the veterinary field for 5 years before switching to the grooming industry. Due to her clumsy nature, Maddie has taken over handling scheduling, inquiries, and social media for A Groomer's Vision. She is the owner of three horses, a donkey, three dogs, four cats, multiple reptiles (including a ball python), and various avian companions (geese, ducks, and chickens). Maddie spends her free time taking care of her menagerie of animals and writing articles for the Unmentionable Pets blog.

Emily has been in the pet service industry since 2018. Some of her favorite pets to work with are beagles, hairless pets, and ferrets (whenever they come through the truck). Emily is also the proud owner of a chihuahua, six of her own ferrets, and a tarantula. In her free time, she enjoys going shopping, to the movies, and on adventures with her boyfriend Taylor. While working on the truck, Emily is guilty of keeping the punch buggie competition alive with Courtney. However, she loves being able to provide a low stress and love filled space for pets!

Andrea has been in the pet service industry for four years. At home, Andrea caters to three cats (Cheeto, S’mores, and Peep) and her dog Shiloh. Andrea is the wonderful assistant you will meet if you schedule an appointment on the weekend. She is a new proud driver of a Jeep Wrangler (her dream car!) In her free time she enjoys customizing tumbler cups for the people she cares about the most. Andrea is the master of conserving water on the truck while getting pets perfectly clean! We love that she always has a way to make us laugh!
